  3. Buried Bruce Kim's body in a shallow grave, severing his head to avoid identification.
  4. Set fire to the Lemac Apartments, potentially endangering numerous lives.
  5. Confessed to multiple other crimes including arson, burglary, larceny, assault, and rape of another young boy.
